In short: we collect your email and survey answers, use them for analysis and to contact you about the product. We send marketing only with separate consent (Section 30A of the Communications Law). We do not sell or share data without a legal basis. You may request access, correction, and deletion.

Scope
This policy applies to the MyStreetNumber website and survey forms, as well as email communications. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to.
Data We Collect
- Contact data: email.
- Demographics: age group, gender (optional).
- Survey responses: role, frequency of issues, reasons, search time, free text, etc.
- Technical service data: submission date/time, form source, IP/device, and log files (for security and abuse prevention).
Purposes of Processing
- Research and analytics to improve the service.
- Feedback and responding to inquiries.
- Sending news about research and product – only with separate consent.
- Information security and prevention of spam and abuse.
- Compliance with law and protection of rights.
Legal Basis
- Consent of the respondent to process personal data for research and communication.
- Separate consent for marketing emails (per Section 30A).
- Necessity for security and proper operation of the service under the Data Security Regulations.
Marketing Messages
We send electronic messages only with separate consent. Each message contains identification of the sender, contact details, and a clear unsubscribe link. You may revoke consent at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link or by emailing <tneuro99@gmail.com>. We use double opt‑in.
Cross-Border Transfer
Our processors may be located outside Israel. Transfer is allowed with appropriate safeguards, including contractual obligations to meet Israeli data protection requirements and a ban on onward transfer without permission. We ask for your consent to such transfer through the form.
Security
We implement organizational and technical measures under the Data Security Regulations 5777–2017, including access controls, encrypted transmission, storage minimization, access logging, and periodic reviews.
Retention
We store personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes above: typically up to 24 months from the last activity or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. Then the data is deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights
- The right to access information about you stored in the database.
- The right to request correction or deletion of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or excessive information.
- The right to withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.

Children
The service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn that a child provided data without parental consent, contact us to remove it.
Non-Disclosure
We commit not to disclose personal data to third parties for purposes not stated in this policy without your consent, except as expressly required by law. Employee access is limited on a need-to-know basis, and such access is logged.
Changes to This Policy
We may update the policy. Significant changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above and, when necessary, by email notice.
